This week some of the XCD team made their way to London to attend the annual CIPD HR Software and Recruitment Show.
It was a great couple of days, where we were encouraging people to take a break and give themselves time to think, playing on the fact that XCD can save HR and payroll teams 1000s of hours each year.
Our smoothie and gin experience bartender, Erik, delighted the masses with his mixology experience, and everyone was excited to see the capabilities of XCD's HR and Payroll software on the new Lightning user interface.
